RETURN POLICY: All Sales are FINAL. Kumari Beauty is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages. 

SHIPMENT DETAILS: You can choose for Shipping to include tracking number or NOT in Canada & USA. All International Shipping comes with tracking number. Expect 1-2 week delay due to COVID -19 pandemic. 

WRONG SHIPMENT: If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email Kumari Beauty. Made sure you send proof of: 

1. Proof of your original order 

2. Picture of the items you received

You will have to ship your items to the return address to be eligible to receive your correct order.  

RETURNING INCORRECT ORDER: The products MUST be in good condition. If opened or used it is NOT acceptable. The item holder MUST email pictures of proof through email. 

ALLERGIES/INJURIES: Kumari Beauty is NOT responsible for any allergies or injuries. All ingredients are listed with every product description. All products are made in a sanitised, and cleaned after production.
